Chevrolet is combining the thrill of racing with the power of giving. Celebrating a 15-year collaboration with the American Cancer Society, the automaker has revealed a pink Corvette to serve as the official pace vehicle for the NASCAR Cup Series. This effort is designed to shine a light on breast cancer prevention and support.
Chevrolet and the American Cancer Society Combine Forces
For the 15th year, Chevrolet is supporting the American Cancer Society's “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” initiative. The pink Corvette will serve as the official pace vehicle at both Martinsville Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway, helping to promote breast cancer awareness. Chevrolet will donate $500 for every caution lap completed by the pink Corvette in both races, up to $25,000. In addition, Chevrolet will contribute $1,500 for each Team Chevy driver who finishes in the top 10, also up to $25,000. In 2024, this program raised nearly $19,000 for the American Cancer Society. After the races, the pace car will be auctioned, with all proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society.
