About Bridging the Gap in Kansas City

Bridging the Gap came to fruition in 1992 when a small group of people got together in hopes of creating a recycling program in the area. More than 20 different recycling centers were built, along with a curbside recycling endeavor. As the years have gone on, Bridging the Gap has gained some very generous donors that help keep this mission going.
