What's New For the 2020 Chevrolet Suburban?

The Chevrolet Suburban is a large sport utility vehicle. As of today, it is currently ranked as the fourth-best in its class. This vehicle is known for its seating capacity of up to 9 passengers, large cargo capacity, and a selection of powerful V8 engines that can tow and transport lots of cargo. As the 11th generation of the vehicle that was introduced in 2015, the 2020 Suburban will have some new changes. One of these changes will be minor revisions of the standard features such as the infotainment system and the wheels. It will also include a 6.2-liter Performance package that has a 6.2-liter V8 engine along with several additional technology features.

What are the 2020 Chevy Suburban Trims & Features?

There are three trims for the 2020 Chevy Suburban. The base model trim is the LS, which comes with a 5.3-liter V8 engine. It also comes with a six-speed automatic transmission along with three bench seats and a seating capacity of 9 people. Some other features include remote start, front power seats, tri-zone climate control, and entertainment features such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The LT trim is the mid-level option for the 2020 Chevy Suburban. This trim offers leather seating and some additional interior luxury features. There is also a luxury package that comes with this trim, as well. This trim features more driver aids that help drivers control the vehicle more easily and make their experience more worthwhile. There is a Z71 Package that provides off-road suspension, tires, and protection for the underbody.

For the 2020 Chevy Suburban, the Premier is the top trim level. This is the only trim that offers Magnetic Ride Control suspension. It also offers ventilated front seats along with adaptive cruise control. The Premier Suburban also includes a 6.2-liter V8 engine and a 10-speed automatic transmission.

It's top trim, the Premium has 420 horsepower, which is much higher than average for large sport utility vehicles.

As a result, drivers and passengers will be very safe when using this vehicle. The 2020 Suburban offers safety features such as traction control, tire pressure monitoring, a rearview camera, LED headlights, airbags, and an anti-theft system. It also has anti-lock brakes and stability control, as well. Along with all of these standard safety features, the 2020 Chevy Suburban has many more that are quite beneficial for consumers.

The OnStar feature offers a subscription for roadside assistance, remote door unlocking, and automatic crash notification. Forward Collision Alert warns the driver of a front end collision and will apply the brakes in order to stop the vehicle when it is traveling at slow speeds. Lane Departure Warning monitors the road markings and will alert the driver whenever the vehicle is drifting out of the lane without the turn signal.
