Cameron was amazing I really liked him. His knowledge he had of the truck I purchased was amazing. Taylor was nice as well he was very informative and answered my hundred questions without getting frustrated. But unfortunately Derek wasn’t near the same quality as Cameron and Taylor. He made a very big mistake which in return caused my payment to increase but over 100 dollars. He wasn’t apologetic or sympathetic in anyway. Put the blame on others then when I came back to resolve the issue he immediately went and started to attack my trade in on how it supposedly had issue personally I felt he was trying to get me irritated so I would take my truck back and in return it would wipe away his mistake. Wasn’t really willing to try and make things right just gave me the option take my truck back or accept what was and keep the new truck. Not happen with his performance what so ever.

Excellent service as usually. Manage to get all done in the tight schedule we needed.

It was my first service for my 2025 Colorado, very courteous service advisor, got me in and out very quickly
